Overall this is one of the best purchases I have made. I just love it. The materials are the best and the craftsmanship is impeccable. The design is what I needed-- to bring to board a plane, and extend it to maximize the capacity. Only I found the extendable parts are thinner cowhide and the color looks different. It might be of designer's thinking of easy folding but it would be much nicer ,consistent and wholesome if they are built with the same tough and durable materials. By the way, the customer service is superb --sincere and swift. Love it.
