1 Year Quality Warranty

ONE YEAR WARRANTY:

Polare offers 1 year international warranty for its leather creations, valid from the date of purchase.

WHAT WE COVER:

• Broken straps or grab handles
• Manufacturing and material defects for all of our leather goods.
• Hardware defects (broken zips, buckles or press studs)

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

• Damage or faults caused by an accident, inapproproate use or negligence.
• Damage caused by normal wear.
• Normal wear and ageing of any natural material.
• Use of the leather creation not in accordance with the general recommendations.
• The leather creations, if it has undergone an operation by a third party other than Polare
• Our 1 Year Warranty applies to all the orders. All warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

• Send us an email with photos detailing the fault.
• Please include details of your purchase order ID#,
• Including the date of purchase.
• We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
