All of our bags are crafted of 100% high quality full grain leather, which is hand-vegetable-tanned without any toxic or harmful substances.
We are proud to bring Made in Italy to the world, we keep our main center of design and production in Italy (Tuscany), and recently to respond to the growing demand for our creations, we have created a logistics office in Asia and America.

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages - even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.
You can return your order for a full refund up to 15 days after you received the order. We will only accept returns in unused perfect condition and in their original packaging.

POLARE offers FREE shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada expect for the following remote areas.
States need additional shipping charges: HI (Hawaii), AK (Alaska).
Do not support shipping to: PR (Puerto Rico).
At this time Polare does not offer international shipping, we only sell in the United States and Canada, so it will be shipped from USA or Canada.

Polare offers 1 year international warranty for its leather creations, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage or faults caused by an accident, inapproproate use or negligence.
- Damage caused by normal wear.
- Normal wear and ageing of any natural material.
- Use of the leather creation not in accordance with the general recommendations.
- The leather creations, if it has undergone an operation by a third party other than Polare
