The product is in good condition, but it appears to be over-waxed, so it doesn’t look gray. It appears to almost be a very dark brown.

To be honest, the price is a bit high for some, but when you factor in the quality it has, the cost is worth it.
I've been using the suit bag I got with my suit for years, it's cheap plastic, decided to try this out to up my game, soooo much nicer! Sturdy material, dont have to worry about my suit getting ripped not to mention more room for other garmets (second suit, dress shirts etc). Love that I can hang multiple hangers from the top and can hang the bag by its strap when that's easier than using one of the internal hangers

Much nicer than expected! Looks great! Durable, rugged look! Larger than even hoped as I have 2 sports coats and 3 shirts on large hangers! Snaps to easily carry with the handles. So very very pleased!
